When I got in, I went to the autograph section and met Chris Barrie (Arnold J Rimmer from Red Dwarf). He was very nice and funny and I 'Rimmer Saluted' him. I later went to see the Red Dwarf talk, which had some very intrusting and amusing stories. There was also a DeLorean there which, for £5, you could get clothes like Marty's, sit in it and have your photo taken and printed. I couldn't resist that! |
Being comic con, there were lots of stalls for me to spend too much money on. Many were specifically Manga themed however. There was a cool Yu Gi Oh! stand where you could play and buy cards, and even get some free stuff. As always, there were lots of Funkos. And I couldn't help myself. I came back with a Lumpy Space Princess Pop from Adventure Time (as I was cosplaying as Finn, it seemed fitting) and one of the new Ghostbusters Pops, specifically Dr Raymond Stantz (reviews coming soon!). I also picked up some comics. These were Nova #7,8 and 13 and Wolverine #9,10,11 and 12 meaning my Nova and Wolverine comic collections are finally complete! (until the next issues). |
But until then,
See Ya!
